You SHALL go to the ball...

Had the second Harvest Festival assembly at school this morning. Yesterday the Juniors had theirs in church, and each class told us about how different cultures and religions celebrate their harvests or thanksgiving. This morning it was the Infants turn, in the school hall, and they treated us to a selection of readings and songs about Autumn. Some of the little ones hadn't even been at school three weeks yet so they all did really well.

After that, spent all day swearing at using my new pressure-washer, finished the patio by school chucking-out time and after that we went to the garden centre. Having spent a small fortune, they let me take a picture of their pumpkins - definitely a bargain at £2 each!
