A Mile High

And 24 floors up. I'm in the 'Mile High City' of Denver in Colorado, attending a conference until Sunday. This is a quickie of the cityscape view to the right as I look out of my hotel window (with some crude jiggery pokery on the computer to eliminate the dirt spots on the window and light pollution).

If I look to the left, I have a great view of the Rocky Mountains. I'm longing to take a trip to them but I'm not sure that time will allow it - Sunday afternoon perhaps.

Anyhoo, I'm so sorry for the lack of comments of late but this trip has meant there's been little spare time and I've spent the best part of the last two days travelling. I hope very much to catch up with your journals at some point over the next few days.
