Buildings supervisor Roger on parade as today is full council. Taking a well earned rest what with 73 Councillors plus press & public he gets harrassed as there is usually something that ten percent of them complain about!!!

For anyone who wants to see the Council proceedings it is webcast and available on the NCC website.... Usually used to help send one to sleep!!!
