Baked porcini pasta a la Hopkinson

I made this a month or so ago and have been trying to make it again but have had a porcini problem.

Firstly I thought I had enough left, but I didn't.

Then I thought I had bought some more, but I couldn't find them.

Then I tried 3 shops and couldn't find them.

Finally today, I managed to get some more. Hurrah.

I adapted Simon Hopkinson's recipe only a little. Tagliatelle rather than pappardelle, and more like 90 minutes rather than 10 to soak the porcini. Oh and it wasn't proper pancetta. But other than that.... here's the recipe.
