Ready, Steady Cook...

Got home after a busy day at work today at about 8:20, I gave myself 20 mins (like they do on the tv) and the use of anything in my sparse looking fridge.

I came up with pork loin, garlic rice with a home made apple chutney, gravy thing.

This was all washed down with a lovely glass of Quinta de Azevedo Vinho Verde. (If anyone is interested its currently down to £4.99 at a majestic wine near you and its a steal!)
