Long time no blip...

Hmm...it's been a while...

A long day today, spent mostly sitting on my arse - 3 hours in the car going north, a meeting and then 2.5 hours heading south. Marvellous! :-/

Dithered over whether or not to swim tonight but went for it and glad I did. Time trial night at Craven Energy and I posted a 5:50 400m swim and a 2:42 200m which, considering everything hurts with the press-up challenge thing (eek!), I was moderately happy with.

The pic is of my mesh swim kit bag - thought it was quite groovy in an abstract sort of way!

And so to bed...after crumpets with bramble jelly and a cuppa.
