Ikea

Went to Ikea today with my parents.
I picked up some things I'd been wanting. Left behind some things that wouldn't fit in the car. Changed my mind about some things I thought I wanted and changed my mind about some things I was told not to get. Will have to drag DH out there one night to look/talk over some ideas I've had and pick up some blockout blinds for the kids rooms now we've worked out how we can make them fit.
I've been waiting to get this mirror ever since I saw it in the catalog. It completes my wall of mirrors in the dining room. Unfortunately it looks smaller than I imagined so I find myself itching to buy more for the other wall but I think that would just look too decorative for our house.
It does give off a lovely soft light :)
