Indian Summer :: East Is East

...West is West. Unbelievably I cancelled a camping/photography trip to the Northwest Highlands today because weather there is so bad right now... meanwhile the thermometer here on the East Coast is pushing the mid-twenties - almost unheard of Edinburgh for the end of September.

So while I'm dripping with sweat cycling from the Gyle uphill past Heriot Watt University, I see that someone at our local Garden Centre has either got a great sense of humour... or else they're praying for the hot weather to end. I reckon we should be grateful for what we've got, might be the last we see of the sun for a while - so soak it up!
