Coffee Cake

We both took part in the MacMillan's 'World's biggest coffee morning' today. I think I gorged a little too much at the one at my office though as I didn't eat much the rest of the day.

Jen helped organised the one at her office and also made this coffee cake for it. She very nicely took a slice back for me to try. It will be my evening tasty treat tonight. If the batter mixture and icing is anything to go by I think it will be a winner!
