Wood Lines

The first week back at work after a holiday is always hard. Not only is the alter in pace difficult but also getting used to waking up at 5.30am again is a pain.

On the way home from work today I got fed up with all the traffic on the A3 and so took a longcut through the county.

But now is the weekend, when the real work starts, up early for swimming and other activities.

It was so hot today someone at work jokingly suggested bunking off to enjoy the sun. I remarked that if I bunked off I would quietly go home to bed to sleep, and therefore ignore the nice weather.

Anyway I stayed at work, looking forward to what is soon to be, time to sleep.
