Hawaiian night

A friend of mine was organising a social night at her Buddhist centre in Glasgow, the theme: Hawaiian of course! I decided to try to enter into the Hawaiian spirit a little and bought a couple of these flowery things for my hair.

There was a short meditation to start which was very calming (have never meditated before so kinda hoping that was supposed to be desired effect?!) then dinner. I was stuffed by the end it was all lovely I was sitting next to no one I knew, but a great conversation and laugh was had. Didn't see my friend much though as she was busy and also was quite nervous. Girlie catch up this week though.
