Day 5 - I did it...

...I broke 5km in my 25 mins. In under a week I've improved by 600m. How cool is that?

Next goal is 5.5km. Wonder how long it will take me to get there?

Also, been eating super healthily. I don't eat crisps or sweets anyway but I've increased my fruit consumption and dropped my carb consumption.

My main downfall is no time to exercise properly so these 25 minute slots dotted here and there are my attempt at making exercise part of my life rather than a twice weekly schlep to the gym (which is easily dropped when life intrudes - parents evenings, school concerts, after school activities etc.)

25 minutes is psychological...less than half an hour therefore barely any time at all really...right?
