whatever you do, Don't Panic!

Good advice for my first and, hopefully only, operation in hospital and experience with a general anaesthetic.

I was only in for the day for a 20 minute operation. Everything went very smoothly and the nurses and doctors were terrific. I was in a new part of the hospital so everything was shiny and new.

Now recovering at home so watching lots of tv etc.
