Post-pub riverside walk home

Another amazingly hot day.
Went out for a stroll to the pub along the Thames when I got home from work. The night was so warm it was like being back in France in July - but it was dark by 7.45! We had an interesting walk back in the dark. Lots of bats flitting through the trees and over the water.

The perfect crescent moon was low in the sky as we walked home.
