Keeping dancing

Strictly come dancing is back on television and we love watching it as a family. Our tradition is that the children change into their pyjamas after tea and then snuggle up on the sofa. Its too hot to light a roaring log fire yet.

Lovely end to a good day - well so I am told as I spent most of it knocked out on the pills Mark blipped yesterday. Jonathan went to look at Elizabeth College with Dad and Sophie had swimming followed by tidying her room - hooray. She did a great job.

This afternoon my babies spread their wings. Daddy took them shopping and dutifully stood outside whilst they went inside to choose birthday cards and presents for his big 4o on Wednesday. They were so sensible and I am very proud of them all - the children for shopping alone and Daddy for trusting them enough to let them do it on their own. I'm not sure I wouldn't have been able to stop myself having a peak!

Time for me to take some pills and return to fairy land until the morning.
