Potatoes

My husband plants potatoes every year. This time he planted them at the end of February. There are 4 seed potatoes in this bucket.
In Ireland we call potatoes as spuds. There are plenty of ways the potatoes can be cooked: boil, fry, bake, steam, chip, wedge, mash, waffle. If you can think of any other ways of preparing them please let me know.
