Dave walked to the supermarket while I was still lolling in bed after yesterdays efforts and brought back the makings of a lovely breakfast which I promptly got up to cook.

I love all the Egg Benedict variations and in case you wondered what they all are called, Wikipedia tells us...

Variations:
Eggs Blackstone substitutes streaky bacon for the ham and adds a tomato slice.
Eggs Florentine substitutes spinach for the ham.
Eggs Hemingway substitutes salmon for the ham. This is a common variation found in Australia and New Zealand.
