Highlight of the day

It wasn't really the highlight, I just thought I would put the pun out there.

I could have photographed a bright, sunny scene today, as it sure was a beautiful day but I'm never motivated to take sunny photos. I have been meaning to make this for a while, after I took home some excess crystals I made in the lab. I thought I'd blip it, it's pretty darn high-tech.

Made with and old chopstick, a cotton bud, acetone (pretty impure as I used scented nail polish remover - at least it smell good!) and left-over Schiff base ligand.
