Post it Note

I dont think i need to explain much, the post it says it all.
Currently on a diet, not very fun at times but it will be worth it!
So i have a speacial meal plan and everything and i have labeled my foodthat i have made up before hand so it does not get eaten by someone else.
And just incase you were wondering the special item that happens to be in this here container are some red lentils =]
