The Head

Strange name for a road. I drove home from Ken's on the back roads again because of roadwork delays on the main highway. The views are great and there is very little traffic to deal with. For three quarters of the drive I saw just 3 cars going in the same direction as me.

The reads are very narrow and winding as the come down the Great Dividing Range. I took my time with a trailer full of firewood in tow. It took me an extra half an hour to get home by the drive is actually some 10km less than the main highway.

I am stiff and sore from my efforts yesterday but on the whole, feeling very satisfied with my weekend away.
