Those who know me will know that I have not been running, but while I hit the books J went out to cheer on his good friends A & C in the Dalbeattie Duathon More Info The Guys did really well and popped in for some lunch in exchange for some lovely flowers and choccies (Thanks Guys!)

Had a great night out with the girls and just to keep you totally informed Caro Emerald CD is amazing, loved listening on my long drive. A fun filled weekend indeed :)
