See I can make scrambled eggs (shhhhhh!)
There is no better way to start a Sunday than with a fab cooked breakfast. This one was meat free for a change. Sourdough bread/toast from Hobbs House Bakery down the road, Huge plum tomato from the local market (seasoned with a little brown sugar to bring out the flavour- I don't add sugar to things like tea and coffee but adding to cooked tomato works for some reason!) Baked beans and scrambled eggs. My other half usually makes the scrambled eggs and complains that I can't do it right so I usually never bother...but he's in Miami at the moment so I made them for the first time in yonks and they were great.... It's just mine and blip-lands little secret ;-)
