Polenta

Romanian tradition: 'mamamliga cu branza si smantana'. Yummy!

I wasn't that keen on polenta in my childhood. We called it pauper's food. But now it's the occasional delicacy, comfort food - and so easy to prepare. This one was polenta with feta cheese and sour cream.
