A baking day
Not a reference to the glorious weather we had on Thursday and Friday, but my attempts today to create something chocolatey.
I've a lovely book on making chocolates to test. These are caramelised almonds ready to fold into the chocolate mixture. My chocolate tempering was not a success - me rather than the recipe I fear.
