The best fish and chips ever

Day 4
Earlyish start, up to Aviemore and the Cairngorms for a trip on the Funicular Railway.
Beautiful scenic drive up to Aviemore but the cloud was low and the wind high....60mph to be exact so not conducive for good views at the top. Interesting journey on the railway and we did have some wonderful views right up to we got off at the visitor centre at 3600ft and then.....bugger all.
Great fun standing outside..trying not to get blown over the edge..
After coming back down and driving back to Strathpeffer, some of the group had decided not to go on the optional excursion to Ullapool.
Apart from fabulous fish and chips at the Seaforth chippy, it was a stunning day. Fab weather, glorious views.....what Scotland is all about really
