Escaping the October heat

I guess it's the talk of the day: close to 30 degrees Celsius in October. Everyone has there own ways of escaping the heat - we had a cold beer on a terrace and these kids enjoyed the small fountains.

We had a great day out with Richard & Karina, who had come over for a couple of days from Denmark, and Richard's brother Stefan. Took them to Hotel New York, and as we were waiting for the 'watertaxi', we actually ran into some Dutch celebreties: Nick & Simon and Guus Meeuwis, who were also waiting for the water taxi (quite mundaine, is it not). I decided against putting my camera in their faces.... (I am no fan, by the way)
