Rope Climbing

You know that rope that you could climb in gym class? And if you could make it all the way up and ring that bell, you were revered by all the other kids for basically being a superhero?

Back then, I vowed to myself I would do it one day. But now, I have no urge to defy my better nature and scale a twenty-something-foot rope just to prove I can. Also I realized if I attempted this that I would probably end up barely making it to the top, looking down, and being so surprised at how far away the ground is that I wouldn't be able to move to get back down.

But in Taekwondo today, I saw Chris climb the rope using only his hands, followed by Vinny who made it look just as easy. One part of me was jealous, and the other part was glad my upperbody strength is far from being up to par.
