A few years ago, a bunch of lovely people gave me this ring as a gift when I left the workplace where we'd got to know each other. My friend RW was part of this group, and he is no longer with us. It'll be two years tomorrow, and I wanted to remember him this year with a photo.

The marks on the inside of the ring aren't going away - thankfully, much like the mark of a good friend on your life.
