Roath Park

Finally made it to the right part of Roath Park today, which is beeeeautiful. The lake is so lovely, I sat next to it for a few hours reading Bleak House, yet again. I got chatting to the lady who sat down on the bench next to me for quite a while; apparently there are black swans at the other end of the lake, I'll have to walk the whole way round sometime!
The rose garden is also stunning, and smells beautiful! I took quite a few photos but these roses were my favourite.
