Don't think so.
Brown some sausages in butter, remove from the pan then gently fry an onion per person in the same oil till soft and gold. Add loads of bay leaves and a teaspoon of fennel seeds, turn up the heat and sprinkle on a bit of flour. Pour on some stock and a glass of white wine, stirring all the while till it thickens. Put in a tablespoonful of Dijon mustard and put back the sossers. Then cook in the oven at 180/gas Mk4 for 40 mins or so. Serve with mashed potatoes
