Morning walk of sunlight strip thingies

Good job I took some iPhone photos this morning as I would not have had a blip ...
Day one of the big detox house .. Well there is loads of grapefruit on the list,so that's good ... No sugar has passed my lips today ...
Went and had my neck wrung at the osteo's today and wowwwza some decent cracking went on :D I love bones crunching and also having blood taken .. Not that I had that done ... I am having a sit down just now as cooking for everyone took it out of me ... Delicate flower and all that ;)


Opps almost forgot weather report.. TOO SODDING HOT.. that is all.

p.s I am a skier.... heat does nothing for my sunny unsunny disposition.
