Today started off quite warm, but it's now rather brisk, very windy and verging on winter. Such a difference compared to the end of last week, but you wouldn't think it just from looking outside.

I went to a spinning class at the gym today - it was an hour long and very sweaty. There was one girl wearing a sweat suit (basically a plastic boiler suit), and one guy wearing jeans and a jumper. How odd.
