Nathusius

Bats. Batty bats. Up at Loch Leven to find some rare Nathusius Pips this evening - I dragged my new flatmate Ross, he seemed to enjoy himself. I just can't get enough of the thrill of detecting bats - tonight we saw daubentons, natterers, soprano common and nathusius pipistrelles.... Amazing! And it turns out I'm a hotshot at spotting bats in the dark. Perhaps I was a bat, in some former life. Except i don't really like caves.
