The sun sets...

..on a Traumatic day!
So far out of my comfort zone with this building extensions mallarkey.
Having said that i'm basically doing as i'm told, Graham is very talented and is never flustered. Even when we severed the mains water pipe into the house!!
A temporary repair was carried out, it just means the job is beginning to grow arms and legs. Another trench is now required to replace the old lead pipe with plastic.
The concrete has been poured/barrowed into the footings and is now setting,
90% of the new drainage system is now in place, i have a list of jobs for tomorrow so he can start laying blocks on wednesday (weather forecast is crap) plus i have to finish the drainage.

DB and i went for a nice walk on the common before tea under a lovely sky. Mr Darcy got himself into the bad books when he put 3 pheasants up and got into hunting mode. He only came back when he was cream crackered. DB was not happy!!! Mr Darcy was told she was not happy.

I will not be burning the midnight oil tonight!
