(before I go any further, can I say, I'm actually ashamed of this picture, it's out of focus, it's so rubbish I can't really believe I've posted it .... sorry)


The works Step Challenge has kicked off again, got my team assembled and paedo meters dished out. I originally recruited a fella from our department who plays golf 3 or so times a week but he's dogged by injury (injured by a dog??) and had to be dumped. My late sub - a stroke of inspiration by me, if I say so myself - is one of the messengers.

So far today, I've done 11,000+ steps but I did take my paedo meter off at 7pm as I've barely moved since then.

Our team name is Team Glitter.
