Just the facts

The Longleaf Pine, is a pine native to the southeastern United States, and takes 100 to 150 years to become full size and may live to 500 years old.

They are abundant in my neighborhood.

Of all the wonders of nature, a tree in summer is perhaps the most remarkable; with the possible exception of a moose singing "Embraceable You" in spats. ~Woody Allen
