Indian Summer

After neighbours had put out copious amounts of bird seed during August (in preparation for the harsh winter forecast), a bird with weak beak syndrome must have dropped this sunflower seed.
Here we are in October after a glorious Indian Summer in Eastern England and we have been blessed with the spectacular last chance display near our fishpond.
