Today I had no meetings, so decided to work from home and visit the hospital for a checkup. Got some blood tests done. The CBC result was given to me within 5 minutes of drawing the blood and it is thankfully fine. I will get some results tomorrow and some after a week ...

After yesterday's disappointment, I decided to make a conscious effort to take a photograph today and not just pointing and shooting. This is what I got and I am quite pleased. My previous blip of a magpie.

Now I intend to complete some work, but overall the pace of the day will be relatively slow
