Paradise ducklings

Cute!

Found these wee fellas at the pond and they became instant faves! The Paradise Ducks alway seem so much more 'at ease' with human presence and this seems to have been passed on to their wee ones already. As soon as I arrived at the pond side they swam over towards me. After a while Mum decided that they needed a lesson on preening so led them out of the pond and up the bank.....

I'll have to go back to see these guys - they really are adorable.

IN other news, went out for dinner tonight - almost unheard of from me in the middle of a work week.

Tired now - need sleep....
