With new landscaping and the arriving rain of fall, the dogs are once again being spoiled in the house.

A bit of an adjustment after spending most of the summer outside in the sun....

The dogs: relearning where they can and can't go in and out of the house. Though some of the grass has been planted, it most likely won't be "lush" until next spring, resulting in muddy dog feet and a bit of extra time in their kennels.

Me: remembering what it like to use the dust mop a bit more often in the house, and what it is like to be followed by not just a couple kids, but furry paws as well :)

Seems this is an appropriate image today considering this.
