First ever ...

... omelette made by Daniel.

Day one of the Kitchen Challenge today and they:
Watched a demo from Rob
Made soda bread
Made their lunch (spag bog, cottage pie, lasagne and veggie lasagne - I had the veggie lasagne which was gorgeous!)
Ate their lunch
Made muffins
And finally made omelettes.

I was exhausted just watching!

Can't wait for next week's agenda.
