Waiting patiently for an application form to arrive for a job that the closing date has already passed, I ended up receiving something wonderful in the post today.

Do you remember the other week when I was cat-sitting in London? Well, I received a wonderful illustrated version of my slight return to the capital and my stay with Sausage Anderson where we danced, I took his portrait, did shifts on sentry duty and he ate lots of food. All this courtesy of the very talented Sorrel Anderson.

It really did make my day.
