Plagiarism or Flattery?

Those more charitable individuals may describe this as flattery (as in 'Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery' whereas others may more accurately describe it as Plagiarism.

If I were asked myself I would simply say that I was so intruiged by Delphwynds Blip from yesterday that I just had to stop and do a close up study of the subject. Then as I'm about to post this shot I see that Delphwynds Blip for today is of a very similar subject a few yards away from this one...and yet somehow we managed to contrive NOT to trip over each other when shooting!!

Is this somekind of meta-Blipsnap?
