Cragganmore Christmas Cake

What a grey day.

In an attempt to brighten my day I've saturised my blip photo as I thought it looked a little boring. Having taken friends advice from Facebook I've soaked the fruit overnight in whisky as there was no brandy in stock.

Not any old whisky I hasten to add..........

12yr old Cragganmore Malt.

As always I am late baking it and will have to stay up until 1am to retrieve it from the oven!! DOH
