Plum sauce
Work, then the gym and then dinner, so pretty hectic hence the food blip...
Tonight I made chinese duck with sticky plum sauce....
chopped dried apricots, chopped plums, teaspoon of honey, cinnamon stick, splash of water and a couple of star anise.... heat it on the hob until it goes gooey and sticky... Take off the heat and squeeze in some lime....
Serve with masses of duck marinaded in ginger and soy, sweet potatoes and sitr fried veg....
