All About My Mother

A year ago friends lent me a boxed set of the films of Spanish Director Pedro Almodovar.

We're meeting up with them at the weekend and I hadn't got round to watching a single film! So I'm having an Almodovar-fest this week, and enjoying it very much.

Volver was brilliant. Bad Education was good too but there was too much of men having sex with men for my liking.

Now I'm watching All About My Mother, which is intense, beautiful, sad, scary, touching, funny. And trying to blip at the same time. Multi-tasking.
