Ocean Village, Southampton

,I decided to walk to Ocean Village as its a long time since \I went there and I was surprised at how many boats and how many changes there have been. I noticed above a couple of boats there was something shaped like a bird but obviously wasn't - can anyone enlighten me about this ?
