We have had visitors today. Tom came to have some small welding job done and Jenni came for tea. As you can see, she was very pleased to have her photo taken.
She eventually agreed to have this one shown on the grounds that it may cause some amusement.
After a month of no chocolate or cheese, I was disappointed to have lost a mere 5lb. My nurse, Dot, thought I'd done well.
