Tired

How can I be so exhausted after a day of barely doing anything?

Kent Mental Health Services have once again let me down by not promising me definite psychiatric help. I'm so tired. It's been over a year since I asked for help and despite the fact I'm "doing all the right things" I don't feel any better.

Also, Mirtazapine definitely had an effect on my appetite, I came off it 1 1/2 weeks ago and have already lost 2kg... hmm....
