Meet my "BREAKFAST"
INGREDIENTS
3/4 OF 2% MILK
2 HANDFULS OF OATMEAL
1 BANANA
1 BLENDER

INSTRUCTIONS
Reheat the milk for 1min & 25 sec., add the oatmeal to the warm milk and let it rest for 10 min - add the mixture and the banana to the blender - blend it for just few seconds and drink it. Mmmmm its delicious!
You will be pleased for many hours, unless you are like me, I always eat my lunch at noon regardless if I'm hungry or not, I LOVE FOOD!
